EXCLUSIVE: Willis, Wade and others expected to be subpoenaed for hearing on Fulton County DA affair allegations

A current and former law partner to Nathan Wade, the special prosecutor leading the 2020 election subversion case in Georgia, have been told to expect a subpoena to testify at a hearing next month on whether he and the district attorney who brought the case should be disqualified over their alleged affair and financial ties, sources familiar with the matter tell CNN.

The district attorney, Fani Willis, also is expected to be subpoenaed, sources say, and possibly others in her office.

The Fulton County judge overseeing the criminal case against former President Donald Trump and his allies called for the hearing to address claims from one of Trump’s co-defendants that Willis and Wade have a conflict of interest. Citing financial statements turned up in Wade’s current divorce proceeding, lawyers for Trump’s co-defendant, Mike Roman, argue that Willis financially benefited when Wade took her on lavish vacations after she hired him as special prosecutor.

“We’ve got a lot of information. We’ve got a lot of documents and a lot of witnesses,” Roman’s defense attorney Ashleigh Merchant told CNN when asked if she will issue subpoenas for witness testimony at the hearing, scheduled for February 15.

Roman has argued that the entire criminal case against him should be dismissed because of the alleged conflict of interest. While those familiar with the case say the allegations are not likely to derail the sprawling racketeering case Willis has built against Trump and his 14 remaining co-defendants, they have proven a significant distraction and given Trump and his allies ample fodder to claim the case is the result of a corrupt justice system out to get him.

NOBODY IS ABOVE THE LAW

Honest Services fraud under Title 18 U.S. Code 1346 is a federal crime involving the misuse of an individual’s position or authority for personal gain or advantage.

It can be committed by public officials, corporate officers, and private individuals with fiduciary duties to another person or entity.

Since 18 U.S.C. 1346 was implemented, case law has clarified that honest services fraud must include some bribe or kickback to be considered a crime. (Skrilling v. United States, 2010) Thus, honest services fraud involves three entities:

Someone offering a bribe or kickback;
Someone accepting the bribe or kickback; and
A victim—someone deprived of the intangible right of honest services due to the bribe or kickback.

As an extension of the mail and wire fraud statutes, honest services fraud can be severely penalized upon conviction. The possible penalties are as follows:

For general instances of honest services fraud: Fines of up to $250,000 and up to 20 years in federal prison;
For instances of honest services fraud that involve a financial institution or which affect benefits being provided in a nationally declared disaster or emergency: Fines of up to $1 million and up to 30 years in federal prison.

Biden has to sink to his lowest to survive this race.......

He’s only in it to make sure his good-for-nothing cokehead son Hunter gets a pardon.

That’s Biden’s only motivator.....Hunter the whorer.

AI platforms have indicated the 2024 election will be canceled due to national emergency. (According to programmers asked about what AI has to say about the 2024 election outcome)

Democrats are above the law when the WH and Deep State-controlled DOJ decide to look the other way.

The Marxists won't go down without a fight. This is their time. It's now or never.

That’s Biden’s only motivator [Hunter's pardon].

That's true, but the Marxists driving this revolution will bring pressure down on the WH and the entire Deep State to win this race. They own the Swamp (at a minimum, they have files on the blackmail and cashflow operations of the Swamp).

As much as Biden is a puppet, so are Obama and the entire Deep State. They are following orders.

As an aside, we all know that Obama was groomed. He didn't become president by his own cleverness. He is a creation of the CPUSA and successors of the Comintern.

My concern is what did the judge get out of the trial.

Zero trust for biased judges they are a disease to the justice system.
