NO...he was NOT found “guilty” of rape; he was declared INNOCENT of that.
Well, these are both civil defamation suits, not criminal trials, for one thing.
And the jury in the first trial found that Carroll did not prove him guilty of rape, but did prove him guilty of ‘sexual abuse’ (???) and guilty of defamation.

So if the dress story is a lie, does the original go away, along with the second accusation?
