Notice how Trump has been very emphatic about the fact that the dress was made much later than she originally claimed was the date of the “assault” but he is being very vague about exactly when that was so she has no idea
Well, these are both civil defamation suits, not criminal trials, for one thing.
And the jury in the first trial found that Carroll did not prove him guilty of rape, but did prove him guilty of ‘sexual abuse’ (???) and guilty of defamation.

Chances are that worm George Conway told her never to name an actual date (as though you could be as traumatized as she claims but not remember the date) but Trump is such a public figure and has a private jet - if she ever named a date she takes the chance that he could instantly refute it with a media story or a flight log.
