Agree. Someone screwed up. My hunch is that the Ukrainian government was properly notified, but it didn’t flow down properly to the parties that control the missiles as I also doubt that the Ukrainians would intentionally shoot down a plane full of their POWs.
You don’t think it better they die this way than face what the Ukraine government was going to do to them?
