An audio recording obtained by DailyMail.com reveals the extraordinary moment when what appears to be Arizona's top Republican official tried to bribe populist firebrand Kari Lake not to run in the state's Senate race.
Jeff DeWit, 51, chair of the Arizona Republican Party, can be heard asking Lake, a close ally of Donald Trump, to name her price to stay out of politics for two years.
'There are very powerful people who want to keep you out,' he tells her in a conversation recorded at the start of March last year.

This is EVERYWHERE on twitter..I want names, I want to know the names of the DC cesspool who wanted to buy Kari off..and God Bless Kari for being the REAL DEAL..before this I absolutely loved Kari but now, after this, she is absolutely admirable, she believes in what she says, and she cant be bought she LOVES this country and wants to save it
*IF* Trump can overcome all the vote fraud in 2024, and be declared the winner, (he won 2020) then he needs to launch a federal investigation of the corruption in Arizona.

I met this guy at a Trump phone bank. He bragged that he was the first state constitutionally elected officer in the USA, to endorse Trump.
He handed out one million dollar bills with Trump’s face in the center.
I gave him my phone to take a picture of all the phone bank volunteers in the room.
He was all in for Trump, landing the top CFO job at NASA.
This attempt to bribe Kari exposes the depth of corruption in the GOP. Both in AZ, AND in DC.
Jeff “the weasel” DeWit, is the top GOP “leader” in AZ. He’s the Chairman of the GOP in AZ, and is one of 3 AZ RNC National Delegates, that form the 168 member Republican National Committee, that steers the GOP nationally, and the body which voted in Ronna McRomBush.

Every Republican Party County Chairman needs to call for and demand his resignation immediately, and if they don’t, then the voters of the county need to oust their county chairmen.

Powerful enough to fix an election?
To be fair, this was recorded in March 2023 when everybody thought Trump was done for because of all the law fare cases against him.
I truly feel like it’s fear, intimidation, bribery that is keeping good people from running. I also think it’s fear and intimidation that creates the bad rulings from the Supreme Court and those in government trying to do the right thing. When your kids and grandkids get threatened, one tends to back off the proper course of action.

Well, about half way through the recording, DeWitt explicitly says “What if they steal the election again?” That's a pretty strong statement
And i've met John McCain.
