rights and powers? I thought it only gave enumerated powers, but no rights. Please correct me if I’m wrong.
Power or rights. If they are both legal and just, they are both about the same thing.
A legal right is a legal power. But illegally exercised power is not a right. The powers the federal government currently exercises is about 80%+ unconstitutional - they are not constitutionally delegated, thus, not legal rights.
Our job is to do whatever it takes to DISMANTLE this illegal and criminal portion of the beast.
