Russia touting its getting out of our national debt but this story used Treasury Department figures stating that in November Japan, China and the UK are the largest holders of the US national debt.

Where does the UK get its money to do this from China or the Arabs?

Japan, China the UK, etc., have been big holders of US debt for a very long time. The question is whether their holdings are up or down.
