IF he gets back. Don’t forget: Our government is under enemy occupation and this enemy is going to do everything they possibly can legal and illegal to prevent him from winning, they do not care how much it harms this country, how many lives it costs

Surely this case is at the heart of the “Chevron deference” issue. Can a federal bureaucracy decide for itself how to interpret ambiguous laws? Clearly the answer should be “No”, because the Constitution vest lawmaking authority with the legislative branch, not the executive branch.

The murder of Ashley and the gulag are already written off with trump as the nominee. He has barely spoken of these prisoners and he has never reached out to them with his massive public platform for the promise of hope.. even Tucker left them hanging.
Iowa gave us continual COVID tyranny and more gulags to come.
Not sure why any republican would vote for the father of operation warp speed and lockdown USA. Add ramaswany the Soros guy in and freedom is dead. He is a Soros fellow and another big pharma guy.
I am never lockdown, ever big harma blank checks and never masking. Apparently Iowa is please sir may I have another

These cases are brought to end the draconian prosecution of inniicent men and women based on a Russian style fakse flag operation composed by the BIden administration and a fatally flawed Jan 6th Committee, whichi would not allow the usual selection of REpublican Congressional Representation selected by the minority leader.

All of gthis was a rush job based on a fase flag operation. The accused’s were invited into the Capitol by the Capitol Police.Agent provoicateurs , “FBI assets, were seeded into the crowd.THis actually is a constitutional crisis where the People have been wronged arbitrarily by a fascist weaponization of the DOJ and the FBI.

We know that the FBI planted a “discovered” pipe bomb.

All who were convicted by these draconian prosecutions need t9o be pardoned completely by President Trump.Or we have the beginnings of a civil war in America.

“it is “utterly absurd” for the Biden administration to charge Jan. 6 protesters with the felony obstruction charge that carries a 20 year sentence.”

It is a KGB-like heavy handed warning to other dissidents.

That DC Abu Ghraib Gulag needs to be completely demolished and every one of the guards and employees imprisoned. For life.

“Evidence tampering”

That’s rich considering the since-released videos that prove some of the corrupt cops lied on the witness stand.

It’s obvious that the prosecutors have been abusing the statute to charge the Jan 6 people. The “obstruction” applies to the withholding of evidence, as the article mentions. It was never meant to apply to the kinds of things that happened at the Capitol. Hopefully SCOTUS does the the right thing in its review and pulls the rug from under the dishonest prosecutors.

With the exception of Kira Anne West and Elizabeth Kelley and less than a handful of other lawyers, the representation that the majority of J6 defendants have received has ----ed, and some defendants have suspiciously attracted counsel who seem downright eager to take pleas rather than assert simple defense tactics like Invitation as an absolute defense to Federal Trepass.

Although nothing is worse than the pro se self-representation, and several of those guys have picked up hard time.

I see we’ve finally ‘killed off’ that pesky “void for vagueness”...like the rest of the Constitution
