Falsification of an of those is a class 6 felony. (A Class 6 felony is the least severe class of felony in the state of Arizona. Convictions generally come with between 4 months and 2 years in prison)
Only problem is they have to hunt you down, one at a time, to bring charges
The fact that we have almost zero election integrity in the USA is so sad and horrific. The fact that one of the two major political parties wants it that way and fights tooth and nail for it tells you all you need to know about how they “win” elections.
And the fact that often you have two-thirds of an electorate voting FOR much stronger election integrity and judges throw out what the voters passed is even more horrific.
It’s almost like judges and leftists don’t want any election honesty or integrity. The ridiculous “voter intimidation” argument is utter hogwash and is virulently racist. It plainly says “You POCs are too stupid to get an ID to vote” when every person in the USA has such ID already for daily life.
Arizona like the 30 plus states trying to keep Trump off the ballot prove just how corrupt they are democrat democracy in action.

This system relies on God fearing people to obey our laws just because they are laws. (Its the right thing to do).

Almost everyone gets a government check these days. (I’m not talking about retirees, they EARNED IT)
Welfare, disability, food stamps, Social Security (other than retirement benefits), this program and that program.
NOBODY wants to WORK anymore! Why? you ask. BECAUSE THEY DON’T HAVE TO.
Government checks and “street hustle” is enough to get by.
Add to the mix MILLIONS (hoards) of illegal aliens FLOODING the whole country! AND LETTING THEM VOTE! (Arizona).

Sounds like one response within the state's power is to arrest the judge and try them for treason, asking for the death penalty. Applying that would end the consent decree, although I suppose the judge could cop a plea to end the decree before the end.

The “penalty under perjury” for illegal voter registration is worthless for stopping voter fraud.
And 99% of the American Public is clueless as to how the 3000 Republican and Democrat County Registrars of Voters are either incompetent or are part the collusion to allow fraud in our elections.
