How is this “misinformation” when it’s known that voters in NH can cross parties to vote in the primary? The media is just disgustingly dishonest in this country. It’s just as biased as Pravda.

No, they can not cross party lines. The NH law states that Undeclared/Independents can vote in either Dem or Rep primary. Then they can change back to Undeclared after voting.

A registered Democrat can NOT vote in the NH Republican primary.

A registered Republican can NOT vote in the NH Democrat primary.

That is the law in the State of NH.

They can’t. Unaffiliated voters can choose which party they want to vote in, but democrats can’t vote in republican primaries or vice versa.

Voters have to declare party affiliation prior to NH primaries. This happens prior to candidates registering for the primary. In this case, early October.

40% of NH voters declare as unaffiliated. Being so enables them to request a ballot on primary day for one party, but only one vote for one party.

So, crossovers are certainly there.
