He’s right, the method to remove a President is called impeachment and removal. NOT the lawfare we see now.

So if Joe Biden dispatches SEAL Team Six to take out Trump right now the only recourse would be impeachment and a Senate trial?
And comparing the executive authority of the president of the United States to a rogue cop?
Glad I don't have to defend this nuttery anymore

I think limited immunity is right, and what the courts will ultimately decide. It is dependent on the circumstance. But Trump is asking for unlimited, infinite immunity, which is not correct, nor should be allowed.
You probably heard his lawyer argue that a President could use special forces to assassinate a political opponent using the military, and not be charged unless he is both impeached and convicted in the Senate, which has never happened before.
That is not hyperbole, that is what he argued. It doesn’t even take into account crimes that may have been conducted by a President, but not exposed until after they left office.

That would be a blatant violation of Posse Comitatus and any US military personnel would be duty bound to refuse any such order.

So if Joe Biden dispatches SEAL Team Six to take out Trump right now the only recourse would be impeachment and a Senate trial?Correct, but it would never happen because it would be a secret, like the Kennedy assassination.

And when you are Re-Elected you should respond in kind, by REVOKING any and All claims of Immunity for every last person in the previous Administration and charging them all with TREASON for the Invasion they facilitated.

That would be a blatant violation of Posse Comitatus and any US military personnel would be duty bound to refuse any such order. That was not the question posed by the judge, not would they have accepted that answer. The question was, if it happened, is the President immune from prosecution under your theory.
And he answered a qualified yes, he would be immune, unless he was convicted of impeachment, which has never happened to anyone. It doesn’t even take into account if it only became known after a President left office, which is ridiculous.
