The Biden administration is facing a new congressional probe after an agency that distributed tens of billions of dollars from the American Rescue Plan failed to stop $127 million from going to deceased participants in a Teamsters’ pension fund.
The House Education and Workforce Committee sent a letter on Tuesday to the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC), demanding records related to the agency’s “mismanagement” and “overpayment” to the union pension plan, according to a copy of the missive exclusively obtained by The Post.
“As part of this investigation, the Committee requests documents and information relating to PBGC’s disbursal of these payments and its plan to recoup these significant taxpayer funds,” Chairwoman Virginia Foxx (R-NC) and Subcommittee on Health, Employment, Labor and Pensions Chairman Bob Good (R-Va.) wrote.

None of this could happen by accident or incompetence, it is deliberate and premeditated.

The “tolerant and compassionate” Biden administration distributed tens of billions of tax dollars from Biden’s reckless trillion dollar “American Rescue Plan,” which was so rife w/ Biden’s incompetence, that $127 million tax dollars paid deceased participants in the Teamsters’ pension fund.
I disagree. As an employer myself, there is zero doubt in my mind that this is, as you say, a criminal act (i.e. deliberate and premeditated). But, it is a criminal act only in part.
The other part is the end result of 50-60 years of affirmative action and DEI hiring plus zero accountability regarding these destructive to society policies. I’ve had people that though adequately educated (i.e. they had a diploma) they could not write two grammatically correct sentences in a row. Meanwhile doors fall off Boeing’s new jets, aircraft carriers burn at the dock, our navy runs warships into merchant ships, planes run into each other on the runway..........and so on and so on.....endlessly!
