Can’t this get appealed to SCOTUS?
Two-thirds down in the article: “It is not clear whether Trump plans to appeal this matter to the Supreme Court.”
Given the way this was corruptly spirited through the Appeals Court it should be addressed by John Roberts, who oversees the Court, without Appeal addressed. Especially as this is Precedent setting.
