Olivia Troye was FIRED in August from White House. A virulent critic of the coronavirus response, and a Biden supporting (Lincoln Project no doubt). She went on to work in the Office of the Vice President of the United States as the Homeland Security and Counterterrorism advisor to Vice President Pence, serving on the White House Coronavirus Task Force and as his lead staffer on the task force (a turncoat on Trump on the coronavirus task force- a Bushie).
She was fired by Lt. Gen. Kellogg, Chief of Staff of the WH NSC. Kellogg was Acting Nat. Security Advisor after Flynn was set up and ousted. And then McMaster came in to screw up things. Kellogg became Mike Pences Nat. Security Advisor.
Kellogg is a Special Forces, 82nd Airborne paratrooper Ranger tab. Serious military combat career, Silver Star/two Bronze stars- Vietnam War. Commander of 82nd Airborne in November 2016. Shoved aside by McMaster (the turd).

It will be hard to staff positions.
During the period of November to January, Trump must consult with the RNC and get suggested nominees for positions. These will all be ignored, but he must pretend to be co-opted by the Swamp until he is actually sworn in.
1) All US attorneys must tender resignations, and most or all will be accepted. This is standard procedure for all new presidents. Trump did not follow it in 2017 because he did not know the Swamp infestation in DoJ.
2) No one with a political career will be qualified for any position. DoD and State will be selected from the military and business.
3) Let’s understand something here. No one can be trusted. So sitting back and thinking of all the hard core right wing people you’d like to place into positions is foolish. They are likely all Swamp filth. About the only people he can trust are family. Expect his daughter and son-in-law to occupy cabinet positions, if they are foolish enough to want them.
So in a general sense, recalibrate your thinking for who will staff the Administration. It is not going to be names you have ever heard of. Pretty much all of who is selected will be committed to dealing with civil service regulations that prevent firing people. Instead, they will all be given meaningless jobs with offices at the mileage limitation for how far away they can be transferred.
THAT is the Swamp. That is how it is drained.

EXACTLY! And- Pence could have resigned prior to Jan 6th.
Imagine how that would have impacted the outcome of the counting of the electors?
