ABC News/WMUR-TV have cancelled its New Hampshire primary debate after both Haley and Trump declined to take the stage. From an ABC News spox:

Why would Haley want to debate anybody about anything. Regardless, you are not Constitution approved to be anything she thinks she may win. I think Trump brought it up once and may be holding it again for the future.

Stephanopoulos would bring up slavery with Haley, like it's the biggest issue in New Hampshire today. Basically repeating his contraceptives trick with Romney.
Trump would get nothing but questions about the lawsuits that he can't answer. Steph will just want to make Trump look guilty of everything.
