Exclusive new pictures of Jeffrey Epstein’s notorious private island taken by The Post show major changes as it undergoes transformation into a luxury resort.
The images of Little St. James in the US Virgin Islands — where Epstein is said to have sex trafficked scores of women and which was raided by the FBI in 2019 — reveal a complete remodel of the late financier’s unique waterfront ‘temple’, with its distinctive blue stripes erased and a new coat of white paint applied.
The cryptic patterns which adorned the front and sides of the structure have also been whitewashed into memory, the shots show.
The temple was previously painted to make it look like it had a pair of forbidding wooden front doors with a medieval-style lock, but has now been remodeled as an outdoor patio and fire pit, and appears ready for a DJ set.
The emerging makeover is part of billionaire Stephen Deckoff’s plan to repurpose Epstein’s playground of perversion — formerly known as “Pedophile Island,” as it was used for sex parties, orgies and other debachery — into a glitzy resort.
Deckoff purchased both Little St. James and the larger nearby island Great St. James for $60 million last May after several price drops from their initial $125 million asking price.

He got a very good deal for the islands. $60 million is a steal, I suspect. So, somebody offloaded it to get rid of it.
What healthy-minded person would want to go there?
They should have done as many DNA swabs as they could, and then see if they could match any of them. I'm sure Bill Clinton left his sperm in plenty of the sinks on the island.

I’m sure he did inherit his estate, whatever he actually owned. I don’t believe Epstein owned those island. Maybe the apartment in New York.
I’ve seen the picture of his cell. There is no place, except maybe in the shower that he could have hung himself. His bed was a cement bed with that wasn’t high enough to provide the requirement to break a neck.

Yeah, I can’t stand to be around places where a lot of evil happened. Even around some Roman ruins as a kid — I wanted to get out of there.
I would not be surprised to hear rumors of hauntings start to emerge as this literal hellhole is marketed to vacationers. Satanists might be the only customers.
Quick get rid of the evidence before thier is a search
Are you alleging that some other entity actually owned his real estate assets? I do not mean an LLC that Epstein actually controlled.
How do you know he definitely owned each property? Did you see the title of each property? I’m not saying he didn’t own them, but you don’t know who did if you haven’t seen the property titles.
His role was to play the billionaire and he had to seem like he was a successful businessman. To do that, he had to have property. I can believe the Manhattan property and maybe Palm Beach, but who knows about the rest.
I don’t know. I have just listened to people like Whitney Webb who have actually done the investigative work of a journalist.

Les Wexner was perceived to be involved with the CIA.
So, the theory was that Wexner sold the townhouse in Manhattan to Epstein to set up the first honey trap operation.
Harvard is also involved with the CIA. Which is why Epstein was allowed to maintain an office there even after he was convicted of statutory rape in Florida.
The prosecutor in Florida stated that he was told to go easy on Epstein by people “who were above his pay grade”. Which indicates that higher government officials had an interest in Epstein continuing his operations.
He had a long term relationship with Ehud Barak labor party leader of Israel. The adversary of Netanyahu politically. Barak continued this relationship even after Epstein was convicted of rape.
Eric Weinstein(physicist) has stated his impression of Epstein was of someone playing a role. That Epstein stated he was a currency trader, yet no one knew of any trades. That he also ran a hedge fund, but there was nothing financial indicating that. That basically everything about Epstein was a construct. An illusion set up to ensnare scientists, politicians and wealthy people.
Weinstein also stated that Epstein was most likely an asset of Saudi Arabia and the UAE in addition to the obvious Israel.
