LIZ MAGILL: If the speech turns into conduct, it can be harassment, yes.
ELISE STEFANIK: I am asking specifically. Calling for the genocide of Jews, does that constitute bullying or harassment?
LIZ MAGILL: If it is directed and severe or pervasive, it is harassment.
ELISE STEFANIK: So, the answer is yes?
LIZ MAGILL: It is a context dependent decision, Congresswoman.
ELISE STEFANIK: It’s a context dependent decision? That’s your testimony today? Calling for the genocide of Jews is, depending upon the context, that is not bullying or harassment? This is the easiest question to answer yes, Ms. Magill. So, is your testimony —
LIZ MAGILL: If it — if it —
ELISE STEFANIK: That you will not answer yes?
LIZ MAGILL: If it is — if the —
ELISE STEFANIK: Yes or no?
LIZ MAGILL: If the speech becomes conduct, it can be harassment, yes.
ELISE STEFANIK: Conduct meaning committing the act of genocide? The speech is not harassment? This is unacceptable, Ms. Magill. I’m going to give you one more opportunity for the world to see your answer. Does calling for the genocide of Jews violate Penn’s code of conduct when it comes to bullying and harassment, yes or no?
LIZ MAGILL: It can be harassment.
ELISE STEFANIK: The answer is yes. And Dr. Gay, at Harvard, does calling for the genocide of Jews violate Harvard’s rules of bullying and harassment, yes or no?
CLAUDINE GAY: It can be. Depending on the context.
ELISE STEFANIK: What’s the context?
CLAUDINE GAY: Targeted as an individual, targeted as — at an individual, severe, pervasive.
ELISE STEFANIK: It’s targeted at Jewish students, Jewish individuals. Do you understand your testimony is dehumanizing them? Do you understand that dehumanization is part of anti-Semitism? I will ask you one more time. Does calling for the genocide of Jews violate Harvard’s rules of bullying and harassment, yes or no?
CLAUDINE GAY: Anti-Semitic rhetoric, when it crosses into conduct —
ELISE STEFANIK: And is it anti-Semitic rhetoric —
CLAUDINE GAY: Anti-Semitic rhetoric, when it crosses into conduct, that amounts to bullying, harassment, intimidation. That is actionable conduct, and we do take action.
ELISE STEFANIK: So, the answer is yes, that calling for the genocide of Jews violates Harvard code of conduct, correct?
CLAUDINE GAY: Again, it depends on the context.
ELISE STEFANIK: It does not depend on the context. The answer is yes. And this is why you should resign. These are unacceptable answers across the board.
I have read that she is still keeping her salary.
I wonder who she plagiarized her resignation speech from...
And benefits. And the race card.
Yup, stays on as a Dean at just short of $900,000 a year.
More proof that:
The only good communist is a dead communist...
It is our duty as citizens to help everyone be as good as possible...
If we are unwilling to do our duty, maybe we should not complain...
Repentance?
Not one word.
She may still have time before facing the Righteous Judge but at this moment she his headed for snap, crackle, pop.

The highest academic excellence of a university cannot be maintained by admitting mediocre students due to their race. You also cannot provide the most effective admission of a university by hiring a mediocre academician chosen based on race and gender to serve as its President.
From the article:
As I now return to the faculty, and to the scholarship and teaching that are the
lifeblood of what we do, I pledge to continue working alongside you to build the
community we all deserve.
Harvard Management, its faculty, and its malignantly programmed alumni
remain complicit and corrupt.
An easy “NOPE!!”
It’d be interesting to run this non-apologetic resignation letter thru one of those reverse-ChatGPT bots and see if it was produced by generative AI.
Amidst all of this, it has been distressing to have doubt cast on my commitments to confronting hate and to upholding scholarly rigor—two bedrock values that are fundamental to who I am—and frightening to be subjected to personal attacks and threats fueled by racial animus.
These last weeks have helped make clear the work we need to do to build that future—to combat bias and hate in all its forms, to create a learning environment in which we respect each other’s dignity and treat one another with compassion, and to affirm our enduring commitment to open inquiry and free expression in the pursuit of truth.
When I became president, I considered myself particularly blessed by the opportunity to serve people from around the world who saw in my presidency a vision of Harvard that affirmed their sense of belonging—their sense that Harvard welcomes people of talent and promise, from every background imaginable, to...
I have read that she is still keeping her salary.
She’s a woman, black, gay, and a Leftist. Other than being a transgender “woman,” she’s completely protected and likely will receive a nice severance package to go with her salary along with a cushy job on MSNBC as one of their contributors that rant about Trump and white people.
Wow…just wow…
On Jeopardy tonight one contestant was a current student at Harvard whose personal story was how she coordinated the Drag Show this year at her Harvard dormitory. She then proceeded to completely blow Final Jeopardy in a manner which made it clear she didn’t even understand what she read on the board as the clue.
