These are the planners of attacks into Russia such as against the civilian city center of Belgorod. These reports are just as credible or more than Uke claims that Russia deliberately targets civilians, women, children.
Putin vowed to root out the individuals and units identifiable with the Belgorod attack …..plus selected targets associated with planning similar attacks into Russia, ammunition production in Ukraine and other military support infrastructure.
