Generally speaking people don’t vote “against” a candidate, they just don’t vote at all.

Maybe that's true generally, but not for me. I generally vote AGAINST candidates. I will vote FOR Trump (even if I have to write it in), and I will vote FOR Rand Paul, but I've voted AGAINST McConnell's far-left opponents.

Sununu must be heavily invested in Neo-Con Nikki’s Boeing stock as well.

The big GOPe/Bush league donors have walked away from the man with hidden lifts in his boots and are now backing Nikki Haley. It seems like a step in the wrong direction. Nimarata Nikki Randhawa was born to immigrant Sikh parents from Amritsar, Punjab, India. Neither of her parents became citizens until after she was born.

Does this give anyone else a sense of deja-vu?

Is Sununu saying that Chrispie should drop out of the Presidential race, or the human race?

He could try dropping out but he won’t fit through the opening.

Maybe. But he’s so grotesquely unpleasant to look at or hear speak. Once he fails at this, hopefully he’ll find himself digging through the dumpster at the local Krispy Kreme looking for half eaten morsels of joy.

“Generally speaking people don’t vote against” a candidate, they just don’t vote at all.”

The dems have demonstrated on more than one occasion that they will vote en bloc, but they DNC does take issue with certain candidates and unscrupulously removes them from contention (ie Sanders) and efforts attempting these tactics on JFKjr are certainly evident.

Chris Sununu got the job because his daddy had it first... The difference? Daddy wasn’t an idiot. NEPO baby.

Christie is a worthless worm, but he is eligible to be POTUS.

Haley is NOT. She is an anchor baby like the Whore from California.

He parents were not citizens at the time of her birth and she is NOT a Natural Born Citizen.

The New Hampshire presidential primaries have long lists of candidates, so there is always somebody to vote for even if it is just to send a message.

I suspect Sununu is trying to get more independents to take a Republican ballot for the primary to generate fake support for Ms. Haley. That's a problem with the NH primary where independents can choose which primary they want to vote in.

Some of those anti-Trump voters might vote for Christie, or anybody else on the list instead of Haley.

Sununu's statement is just intended for the media because under NH law Christie can't withdraw from the actual election and his name will be on the ballot regardless of what he does between now and January 23rd.

Sununu is correct. I am not all into his support for Nik, but let’s call it: Krispy is only in it for media adulation for his Trump hatred.

Get out Krispy.

Generally speaking people don’t vote “against” a candidate , they just don’t vote at all.

There was a Dennis the Menace comic years ago with Mrs. Wilson telling Dennis "Mr. Wilson doesn't vote for, he votes against."

I feel like that a lot.

Bush/Gore - I liked Bush at the time
Bush/Kerry - against Kerry
McCain/Obama - against Obama
Romney/Obama - against Obama
Trump/Clinton - against Clinton
Trump/Biden - a mix of both

I’ve said several times on this site. There are two components to voting - 1) to give someone power, 2) to deny someone power. They are not evenly balanced. In the modern age denying power is often more important! I’ve rarely voted to give someone power.

Bush/Gore - very much against Gore
Bush/Kerry - very much against Kerry
McCain/Obama -very much against Obama
Romney/Obama - very much against Obama
Trump/Clinton -very much against Clinton
Trump/Biden - Primarily for Trump, For the most part was surprised and pleased with his governance!
