We already have the caucus system set up and running in this state.
Let's just let the caucus pick the nominee this cycle.
If we don't, then there's the possibility the US Supreme Court would decide not to hear the case for whatever reason and Trump would be off the ballot in a heartbeat.

If the USSC doesn’t, then Colo. wins. Fortunately, Maine has decided to jump in with Colorado, and they may have company, so it seems the Supreme Court will have to take it up.
The Maine SOS also said her decision to exclude Trump from the primary ballot in Maine is pending appeal to SCOTUS.
Democrats protecting democracy by disenfranchising half of their voters. This Maine commie even bragged about voter participation in Maine while disenfranchising half the state.

They don’t want a SCOTUS precedent. These cases are springing up all over, and that itself cries out for a SCOTUS precedent.
