"Hahaha. The commies have folded!" No, the stay was WITHIN the decision of the Colorado Supreme court. So the SOS is complying with the court order.

The commies have folded! And it should but an end to all this 14th amendment 'insurrection' BS.
Additionally, the SCOTUS only said they'd take it up. But there is no appeal before them. As yet, Trump has not appealed the decision of the Colorado Supreme Court. So, in effect, the deal is done. He's on the ballot so no need to appeal. Unless I'm reading it wrong. Or this is a feint by the Sec State AG in Colorado to keep Trump from appealing it.
