Former President Trump on Monday vowed to replace the Affordable Care Act (ACA) with his own “much better” alternative program, reviving his push to slash the now-popular healthcare option used by millions of Americans.

“Obamacare is too expensive, and otherwise, not good healthcare,” Trump, the frontrunner for the GOP presidential nomination next year, wrote in a post on his social media platform, Truth Social.

Trump could take some lessons from the new president of Argentina.

Government needs to be gutted like a deer.

Agreed.

Tired of government being where it does not belong.

Obamacare Is the socialism stage towards communism. While the cost of EVERYTHING is increasing due to massive inflation, the government is cutting Doctors reimbursement. That’s just a long line of damages done to Doctors under Obamacare.

“I’m hoping it’s more free market.”

That would happen by eliminating Obamacare, not replacing it with a different flavor of socialism.

“..the now-popular healthcare option used by millions of Americans.”

Being forced out your chosen health insurance and onto Obamacare is not the same as the choice being popular.

Trump: "[I'm] liberal on health care, we have to take care of people that are sick."
Stone Phillips: "Universal health coverage?"
Trump: "I like universal, we have to take care, there's nothing else. What's the country all about if we're not going to take care of our sick?" -- Interview with Stone Phillips, 1998

"I'm quite liberal and getting much more liberal on health care and other things. I really say: What's the purpose of a country if you're not going to have defensive and health care?”
"If you can't take care of your sick in the country, forget it, it's all over. I mean, it's no good. So I'm very liberal when it comes to health care. I believe in universal health care. I believe in whatever it takes to make people well and better." Trump on Larry King 1999

“As far as single payer, it works in Canada. It works incredibly well in Scotland. It could have worked in a different age... What I’d like to see is a private system without the artificial lines around every state.” -- Trump First Republican primary debate, Aug 6th, 2015

“We're not going to have, like, a two-day period and we're not going to have a two-year period where there's nothing. It will be repealed and replaced. And we'll know. And it'll be great health care for much less money. So it'll be better health care, much better, for less money. Not a bad combination." -- Trump in Interview regarding Obamacare with Lesley Stahl on 60 Minutes, Nov 13th, 2016

Wrong answer. Federal government meddling in healthcare is UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

The GREATEST healthcare system EVER is the Free Market Economy which is why America used to have the best healthcare in the world.

Mr. Trump, we don’t need more unconstitutional government, we need unconstitutional government REMOVED.

When we trustingly and innocently voted GOP once we were PROMISED “The first day we take office in the House and Senate we will introduce legislation to end Obamacare and replace it with a better alternative.”

Still waiting....

Newsweek Quote:
After the July 27, 2017 vote on the Health Care Freedom Act, Newsweek “found at least 70 Republican-led attempts to repeal, modify or otherwise curb the Affordable Care Act since its inception as law on March 23, 2010.”

Trump doesn’t seem to understand that govnet is not meant to be like a business or like an individual. Whereas business may include helping others orr like inficudals doing the same.

Government is NOT about “helping.” Government only does one thing well: killing. The Federal Government is under the LIMITATIONS of the Constitution. Period!

Trump and Patriots need to replace the pet project/emotional approach with smart-thinking and constitutional approach.

FREEDOM FIRST MAGA!!!!

The alternative is the free market. His EO that made Big Pharma sell their wares to Americans at the some price they sell worldwide was a winner.

Another reason for Vivek to be Trump’s VP in 2024 so Vivek will be the presumptive winner of the Presidency in 2028.

This is stupid. Trump had his chance to repeal in 2017 and he failed. It was a failure, he didn’t have a plan, and I don’t believe he has one now.

Unless he describes the 2017 failure as that, takes responsibility, and explains exactly what and how things will be different, this is all an empty promise for suckers

You can frame it as McCain sabotaging him, or the House GOP not doing enough, but it’s going to take massive and expensive legislation to be negotiated and passed just like any other massive legislation, just like it needed to be in 2017.

Obamacare was deliberately designed to never be replaced with anything but single payer. You can’t overcome that inertia with nothing or with bluster.

Dear President Trump,

You are dreaming, CONgress will do no such thing and you know it. Man Up and Issue an Executive Order that ALL Federal Employee’s enroll in Obamacare for their primary care. Eliminate ALL WAIVERS, Exclusions, Exemptions... and Special deals. FORCE all the quislings that pushed this crap through to LIVE WITH IT. Then and ONLY then will CONgress do something.
