I think what ruined him was actually doing what Club Rove was telling him to do and believing his own reviews from the RINO clowns stroking him.
What a shame because whether one likes him or not he has solid, conservative bonafides and for the most part has toed the line in that regard.

I couldn’t agree more. He is repeatedly finding new ways to destroy his political future. His tone deafness and ineptitude are stunning. I once thought he was smarter than this, but his campaign has been a total disaster.

I’ve seen video clips from msnbc and cnn where the hosts talk to an “expert” on constitutional law. These experts actually believe that the U.S. Supreme Court will agree with the Colorado Supreme court because the argument was “masterful.”

I used to really like this guy, he’s become completely intolerable.
I have absolutely no idea what this guy is talking about.
The treatment he is getting from the courts is despicable and unfair, but that’s the evil nature of Dims.
But the DeSantis statment is right.
The left has set up a win-win. Persecute Trump and his base and most moderate Republicans will flock to him. He’ll win the nomination, which the Dims want, and then they can make the election about him. They know that he energizes the Dimocrat base beyond measure and many Republicans will not vote for him under any circumstance. Add even one bogus conviction and they cement his loss in the general.
Trump won’t be running against Biden and the last poll I saw a few weeks ago had him losing to a “generic” Dimocrat by 8%. Biden may yet cause WWIII and/or a depression and make Trump electable.
