When gifts are in the millions, there needs to be a little scrutiny and perhaps some legislative changes.

This was depicted as a “loan” I believe. A loan does not have to be reported b/c the usual procedure is that it gets paid back.
But....the lender has to pay taxes on the payback and the interest.
