Saw a cop show where a cop pulled over a woman, searched her car, found a cigarette pack or a pouch with drug paraphernalia in it, put her in handcuffs, put her in the cop car and was driv8ng to the station when he started to go unconscious.
The woman can be heard trying to get his attention, telling him to park the car- speak8ng to h8m to try to keep him conscious- as they were near the station by then, and he somehow managed to do so, but you could see from the camera that he was really struggling to even move his arms.
Luckily another cop saw what was happening, called for medics, and he survived-
All he did was look in the pouch that had paraphernalia in it.

Seems like they frequently confiscate enough fentanyl to kill extremely large numbers of people. Hard to believe that similar amounts don’t go unconfiscated.

Pardon me for being skeptical of these claims. We’ve been bombarded for years over the lethality of fentanyl, but the annual death rate is closer to 100,000 +/-. Something just doesn’t add up.
If the claims that we are only stopping a fraction of the trafficking, then why is the death rate not in the several millions? Or has law enforcement interdiction effort been 99% effective? Are the 100,000 or so people who die annually responsible for consuming the bulk of the drugs getting through? If the claims are true, one would think that the terrorists would be plotting, or have already pulled off, a mass murder event.
Just questions from an inquiring mind.
