I would make the case that the term “voter rolls” shouldn’t even be part of the English language. This idea that you register to vote in one place and then remain registered indefinitely is ludicrous.

Every voter should be forced to go through a new registration process for each election.

With so many states having "motor voter" and issuing legit drivers licenses to so many ILLEGALS, those illegals would still be able to register to vote, having a legit state issued ID to register.

As much as I initially really liked that suggestion, three seconds later "motor voter" came to the forefront of my mind and squashed that.

We also shouldn't forget that these blue states with so many electoral votes also control the voter rolls. They know how to commit electronic fraud, in-person vote fraud and more. Nothing stopping them from faking mass registration drives to keep stealing elections.
