Even if, as expected, the Democratic Senate declines to act on the near certain impeachment of Joe Biden, the facts adduced and made public will be devastating. For the sake of political survival in 2024, the Dems are likely to push Biden out and insert a new candidate as their nominee. Yet such a process will be prone to a level of uncertainty, turmoil, and risk likely to make 2024 an Annulus Horribilis for the Democrats.
