Birth control doesn’t always work.

A better question is, Why can’t she just travel to another state?

There is a coordinated campaign across the country to keep this issue alive through the 2024 election.

It does not always work true but over half the time when asked these women were not even on it.

Abortion is their birth control.

You would think after AIDS everyone would at least use a condom but no they don’t. Not even the gays.

Why can’t she just travel to another state?

She can. But that doesn't support the demonic democrat party's agenda to destroy America.

The United States of Abortion will never be great.

Wouldn’t be surprised if she got pregnant just to challenge the law, realizing she can always travel to another state to kill the “problem” if the lawsuit is unsuccessful.

“Why can’t she just travel to another state?”

Probably because by doing that she wouldn’t get her 15 minutes of fame. That law is for all Kentuckians, not to be different with her. This is why in the early years if you didn’t like what your state or town did by law, you had every opportunity to move. Gotta take the good with the bad and if this is bad enough...move.

The reason the overturning of Roe was so important is because it got the topic back to the states and out of federal control. So if Kentucky chooses this way, then that’s the wonder of democracy. And trying to say I didn’t vote that way is just a cop out as part of being a citizen is having the right to place your one vote and not having it erased because it didn’t agree with someone elses. And it therefore is no less or more important than the other guys’ or gals’ vote. It is equal. So, you had your say.

However, this does open up a real interesting situation as if the state goes for Biden, and I want Trump, does that mean I can sue the state for the assistance to all future conservatives because I don’t like the way it was decided?

Why not just have the baby? One of the greatest regrets is not having more children.

Better yet, she should move to another state.

Because it’s not about that. It’s about women being able to murder their unborn with no restrictions.
