I’m depressed to think about how many in this country actually agree with this. Probably around the same number who despise mean Tweets.
I watched video last week of what I thought were Congressional hearings of citizens who wanted to end oil production and use. The congressman tore apart the brain-dead complainers. He asked the protester what her eyeglasses were made out of. Told her plastic so no oil means no eyeglasses. Asked about her purse, her shoes, etc. Gonna go without those? And what about cars. Asked another if cars could be made without oil. No. So forget about having a car. Went on about toothbrushes and most household items. No oil means no plastic which means no modern conveniences. The protester citizens had glassy gazes in their eyes when the congressman was done grilling them.
Very depressing that many not only don't understand where everyday items come from, but that they actually protest in the streets and in Congress without understanding what the heck they're complaining about. So many stupid people.
