They did not want small unstable countries in NATO because it gives them ability to scheme with false flags that will then falsely involve all of NATO There is nothing in it for US, UK, France, Canada etc to allow them in allegedly to become a “contributing” member when they have nothing to contribute, except a scheme to involve us.
