These state abortion initiatives turn out the Democrat base like 2nd Amendment initiative turn out the GOP base.
The question is if the high turnouts will ebb when they are all passed?
In a year or two abortion will be as irrelevant as the death penalty issue is now to state voters. Decided and done.
