Along the same thought process as “you’ll have nothing and love it!”. Shortly they’ll be demanding the dismantling of wind and solar power too because they both disturb the environment. The condor Cuisinart will be the first to go. And the shady solar cells destroying the habitats of the endangered desert scorpion black tip species.

This is the journey upon which we’re embarked. I won’t call it a slippery slope because the term’s been deconstructed out of our vocabulary.

Welcome Orwells 1984. We should have used it as a warning and not as a playbook.

Whoa wait! Washington grows 40% of the countrys wheat????? Since when? Washington grows trees and apples, the middle third of the US feeds the world, the great plains. Did anyone catch that? And why would 60% of our total wheat exports be dragged up over the Rockys to be put on ships for export when they can just float them down the mississippi like they always have?

The “settlement” terms are not known. The dams may remain and they may just pay off the tribes with your money.

Make all other alternative forms of energy more expensive and thus make wind and solar the “cheapest” alternative. How clever.

What's more important than the energy needs of the citizens of Washington is the livelihood of the fish and that a few hundred rafters regain access to "wild rivers".

Oh, and there might be some submerged Indian ruins that need to come back to the surface so they can be fenced off to prevent citizens from further ruining them.

The Joe Biden regime is a willing partner with the anti-dam crackpots. The headline is misleading.
