II. Definitions
A. Definition of Bullying
Bullying, used as a shorthand for hostile and abusive behavior or power-based harassment, is defined here as harmful interpersonal aggression by words or actions that humiliate, degrade, demean, intimidate, or threaten2 an individual or individuals. For a violation of the Policy to occur, such aggression must be sufficiently severe or pervasive, and objectively offensive, that it creates a work, educational, or living environment that a reasonable person would consider intimidating, hostile, or abusive and denies the individual an equal opportunity to participate in the benefits of the workplace or the institution’s programs and activities. Unless sufficiently severe or pervasive, a single act typically would not constitute bullying.
…this Policy recognizes that bullying may also occur between community members in the same role, or of the same rank or status.
Bullying may include, but is not limited to, the following behaviors:
• Abusive expression directed at an individual or individuals, such as derogatory remarks, epithets, or ad hominem attacks that are outside the range of commonly accepted expressions of disagreement, disapproval, or critique in an academic community and professional setting that respects free expression. The Policy encompasses abusive expression or ad hominem attacks that are verbal or nonverbal, spoken or written, recorded, visual, or digital, including content posted to online platforms, academic tools, or social media sites. Examples include:
…
o Malicious comments about a person’s appearance, lifestyle, family, or culture.
• Unwarranted physical contact or intimidating gestures directed at an individual or individuals. Examples include:
o A physical, verbal, or written act toward another person, which causes them reasonably to fear for their safety or the safety of others.
o Invading personal space after being asked to move or step away.

Actually, Pres Gay, we looked at your Policy. It does NOT depend upon context.
Proposed multiple choice question for Finals Week at Harvard-President Gay is:
a) a liar
b) stupid
c) advised by incompetent lawyers
d) All of the above.
e) a fascist
Ping - for your university experience on relying on “context” in this setting.
e) A Pritzker toady
f) a Leftist who checks off all the intersectional boxes, who only uses policy as a cudgel against certain demographics (mainly white, straight males) but deems policy inconvenient or irrelevant for everyone outside of those certain demographics
please, the MALE GAZE is cause for expulsion... democRATS feh
How the hell did we reach the point that an institutional policy needs to be consulted to verify whether calling for the genocide of Jews is ‘bad’ in an official sense?
Has the Overton window really shifted so far?
This pretty much sums it up

It DOES depend on context, but only if you’re an affirmative action President.
“Racism” is bullying, but killing Jews is neither racism nor bullying.
As Michael Savage says, “Leftism is a mental disorder.”
Yeah, that Affirmative Action hire of a university president really stepped in it. She should be fired (but won’t be, because she checks off enough of the proper boxes).
Your free speech is violence.
Your silence is violence.
Their violence is free speech.
here is the fact:
If a student at ANY of these universities had demonstrated in public calling for the murder of all: blacks or gays
100% they would of been thrown out before they even got back to their dorm.
But because KKK Democrats hate Jews and want them all dead, calling for them all to be killed is AOK with KKK Democrats who have pulled their KKK hoods out of their attics!
apparently genocide is sometimes ok
depends on who is being genocided
c + 1. Hypocrite and hypocrites.
All of this DEI bullsh!t that we are supposed to all follow and fall in line? And chanting death to Jews is okay?
It just means that DEI is BS as we all figured out.
Note that Harvard didn’t release the WORKING TEXT of their policy, which makes an exception allowing students to call for the Genocide of Jews.
Hopefully they change that.
e) giving aid and comfort to the domestic and foreign enemies of the United States (particularly those at Harvard).
What has Harvard become that they even need an anti-bullying policy. It used to be an institution of higher learning where open [reasoned] debate of issues in search of the the light of God was the highest value you aspired to. It should be a condition of admisssions. We do not admit bullies into this university as students staff or faculty. If you turn out to be a bully, you lied on your application and are hereby dismissed.
