Rep. Dr. Virginia Foxx (R-NC), Chairwoman of the Committee on Education and the Workforce, has announced a formal investigation into Harvard University, the University of Pennsylvania, and MIT. This comes after the presidents of all three universities refused to affirm that “calling for the genocide of Jews” is necessarily against the rules at their respective universities.
Each of the three university presidents refused to answer “yes,” after being asked multiple times whether “calling for the genocide of Jews” violates their own university policies. All three presidents repeatedly suggested that the answer to the question lies in the ‘context’ surrounding the call for genocide. Two suggested that the speech must turn “into conduct” in order to violate the rules.

“The testimony we received earlier this week from Presidents Gay, Magill, and Kornbluth about the responses of Harvard, UPenn, and MIT to the rampant antisemitism displayed on their campuses by students and faculty was absolutely unacceptable,” Dr. Foxx said in a Thursday statement.
Foxx noted that the committee members have “deep concerns” with the leadership of Harvard University President Claudine Gay, University of Pennsylvania President Liz Magill, and MIT President Sally Kornbluth, citing their “failure to take steps to provide Jewish students the safe learning environment they are due under law.”
The representative accused the three presidents of both “institutional and personal failures.” The investigation will address the universities “learning environments,” as well as policies and disciplinary procedures.
Foxx warned that other universities should expect to be faced with similar investigations, “as their litany of similar failures has not gone unnoticed.”

Just so things are "proportionate" (the darling notion of all good libs), these university presidents ought to get eight years times their university Jewish student body enrollments. That would get them at least 100,000 year sentences each. I think served consecutively would be appropriate.
They should survey every single federal funded university in college in the country, any that don’t pass the simple test should be defunded.

In other words, someone will have to actually try to commit genocide before it violates their rules.
When a conservative speaker on campus talks about some of the hot topics like how schools are grooming little kids, I am sure these presidents will jump on them and kick them off campus so fast.

I know this won’t happen because it’s too common sense but a moratorium should be declared for all federal funds to colleges and universities until they can show that their practice and bylaws are in compliance with federal guidelines.See, that would get everyones attention right away. Threats are meaningless.

The audio of the hearing with Rep. Stefanik asking these three about genocide was really astounding to listen to. It sounded like they were trying to say that this kind of speech wasn’t harassment based on federal anti-harassment laws for the workplace (they kept saying “pervasive and severe”). But Stefanik asked about their respective university policies. We all know what happens when any conservatives try to have a discussion on these campuses. The back peddle video by the president of Penn was something to behold. Hilarious what people do when $100M is on the line.
The funny thing is, if they were talking about killing Whites in general, nobody would have a problem with it, including Jews.
What exactly is she investigating them for? Not “affirming” to limiting free speech? I mean sure, people calling for genocide are always the scum of the earth. BUT, it’s America. You’re allowed to be the scum of the earth here. 1st Amendment and all that. And all this demands of “affirming” anything is just stupid. It’s Freedom Fries 2.0.
