Over and over we see the teaching that the whites are outside the human race, incurable, with genetic racial inferiorities such as innate racism, negatives that are unfixable because they are a part of their race genetics.
On the other hand, we see whites and their accomplishments and history measured by unique moral double standards as though they are gods who fell or fall short of perfection, perfection that is not even considered from the other races and nations, whites are not merely considered people like everyone else.

There is no shortage of blacks from Africa and the Caribbean who pass as well; it is a cultural problem with certain ones here (and is increasingly spreading to whites).

Now they just don’t administer the tests at all, rather than have to expose uncomfortable truths. As a supervisor I find a written paragraph (about anything at all) can tell me a lot about someone - regardless of which diplomas/degrees/certificates they have.
