It sure is amazing that they got Hamas to cooperate by invading Israel and killing babies and raping young girls. I didn't know Israel was in control of Hamas! /s

Actually a canal across the narrowest part of Gaza or right on the Egyptian border is a great idea. Make it 50-100 feet deep and it will make it almost impossible for terrorist tunnels to be built under it. Everything going from Egypt to northern Gaza would have to move across the canal, above ground subject to Israeli surveillance.
