We have treaties. An attack on a nato country would bring us directly into the fight.
Completely agree..we have mutual defense treaties with NATO member countries.
However, Ukraine is not a member of NATO and is not under the NATO umbrella...They are on their own....Not our fight.
Correct but no one is proposing we send troops to Ukraine.
