Why can’t the word Hubble be in the title ??
To: C210N
Can’t they send someone out with a tool box and a laptop to straighten things out?
To: C210N
They should have bought the manufacturers long term warranty plan.
To: C210N

Awwww. That makes me sad. Ah, yep. Makes me want to just run out to the store, and buy a get-well card, and send it to nasa.

It looks like your gyroscope has failed. What would you like to do?
Continue, reboot in safe mode, or call tech support ($33,333,333/hr fees apply)

Can’t they send someone out with a tool box and a laptop to straighten things out? Hah. Thank Barack Obama for shutting down the Shuttle program. Hubble, you may recall, was built for on-orbit servicing.
Which leads me to ask: Can Falcon-9/Crew Dragon reach Hubble's orbit? If so, would it be feasible to carry out a repair mission using the Dragon spacecraft? A complicated EVA from Dragon would certainly be more challenging than a complicated EVA from STS.
