Jussie Smollett headed back

An incarcerated former gang member and FBI informant was charged Friday with attempted murder in the stabbing last week of ex-Minneapolis police Officer Derek Chauvin at a federal prison in Arizona.

John Turscak stabbed Chauvin 22 times at the Federal Correctional Institution in Tucson and said he would’ve killed Chauvin had correctional officers not responded so quickly, federal prosecutors said.

Turscak, serving a 30-year sentence for crimes committed while a member of the Mexican Mafia gang, told investigators he thought about attacking Chauvin for about a month because the former officer, convicted of murdering George Floyd, is a high-profile inmate, prosecutors said. Turscak later denied wanting to kill Chauvin, prosecutors said.... Turscak told FBI agents interviewing him after the assault that he attacked Chauvin on Black Friday as a symbolic connection to the Black Lives Matter movement, which garnered widespread support in the wake of Floyd’s death, and the “Black Hand” symbol associated with the Mexican Mafia, prosecutors said.

Turscak is a Slovenian or Croatian name. But he was with the Mexican Mafia who I would assume don't care that much about black people or BLM.

Our “Just us” system is led by evil men and women.

Hardly any justice....

One day very soon there will be however. God willing.

Chauvin should NEVER have been in genpop.

The only reason to put him there is so he could be murdered before his appeals started.

22 stabs missed vital organs/arteries, and he was ‘thinking about’ killing the other guy. Terrible stabber. Needs more practice... where do stabbers go to “practice”?

In addition to all the political prisoners held in DC jails as a result of the FBI’s insurrection against the country, I also consider Derek Chauvin a political prisoner.

May God comfort and bless him through his unjust incarceration.

If not a political prisoner, a convenient scapegoat at the very least.

I wonder if Chauvin could sue the prison for cruel and unusual punishment?

Is English his first language? “Black Friday” must mean something different to him.

Probably, but why would a civil court be any more fair to him than a criminal court?

How about suing due to a kangaroo court and deliberately hiding evidence?

"The only reason to put him there (genpop) is so he could be murdered before his appeals started."

I believe that to be spot on..! The problems generated with an "Not Guilty" verdict on appeal would be cadistropic for the government.. And they would deserve it.!
