Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes (D) announced on Wednesday that a [Maricopa County] grand jury indicted Republican Cochise County Supervisors Tom Crosby and Peggy Judd on felony charges of Interference with an Election Officer and Conspiracy.
Judd and Crosby are accused of a conspiracy to “delay the canvass of votes cast in Cochise County in the November 2022 General Election” by “preventing the canvass of votes from Cochise County from occurring during the time period required by Arizona law.” In a news release from the Arizona Attorney General’s office, Kris Mayes accuses the Supervisors of “attempt[ing] to undermine our democracy.”
This is because they attempted to conduct a hand count audit of the ballots in the rigged 2022 election — after receiving advice from former Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich that “The board is permitted to perform an expanded hand count audit of 100% of early ballots cast in Cochise County.” Supervisor Peggy Judd told The Gateway Pundit, “If we still had our old Attorney General, this never would have happened.

I guess you can never question an election again unless you’re a democrat, then you can question every election that you don’t win.
How else are these officials supposed to register their concern, ahead of the statutory time limit for certification? It makes no sense to have a certification process if it is expected to be simply a pro-forma, rubber stamp for (often flawed) vote counts, whether by machine or by hand...

Note that rather then investigating actual election crime by her own party, or the tidal wave of Sinaloa cartel crime all over Arizona, this is what the twisted freak Mayes goes after: her opposition.
She will also turn out to not have been actually elected, as the current margin of “victory” for her is like 150 votes out of millions...IOW, statistically a draw.
Hamadeh was elected, not this deranged madwoman. But she acts like it was a landslide and goes for the throat.
Mayes and the entire corrupt Maricopa County board of stupidvisors are the criminals along with the entire system that rigs the elections. Hobbs and the cartel lawyer are also illegitimate.
This is well known and obvious in AZ.
In December 2022, Cochise County certified election results only after a judge ruled Crosby and Judd, both Republicans, were breaking the law by refusing to sign off on the vote count by the deadline.
Crosby and Judd said they weren’t satisfied that the machines used to tabulate ballots were properly certified for use in elections. This prompted lawsuits including one from then-Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, a Democrat.
They both were subpoenaed to court earlier this month. Ann English, the lone Democrat on the three-member board and the only supervisor to vote for certification, was not subpoenaed or indicted.
