“Congress doesn’t have the balls to replace it.”

That might be true, but has any Republican (including President Trump) ever made a replacement proposal?

Obamacare was enacted in 2010 and for a long time the Republican position was straight repeal. Replacement became the battlecry during the 2016 presidential race.

13 years have passed since the Act’s enactment and 7 years since replacement was proposed.

WHY HAS NO ONE YET REVEALED A PLAN??

McCain delayed cancer treatment so he could vote against a repeal.
