This goes way beyond gaslighting, right to the total inversion of reality.

I like paying $8 for a pound of bacon and $3.75 for a dozen eggs.

We stopped at a local Italian Bakery where we have been buying bread for over 50 years and the owner's grand kids had and old sign on the back wall from 1966 when a loaf of his bread was 15 cents {we paid $3.95 yesterday}.

The inflation under slow joe is way past double digits.

When food products are 2 and 3 times the cost of goods since Trump was in office, no way are we better off.

During periods of inflation the economists/propagandists can use inflated numbers to show “growth” while everything is trash for the average consumer.

MIN WAGES OF $15 an hour are no help, either.
