Tulsa is the only place I ever witnessed a shootout (1999)
At least 3 shooters
Two of them were white
I didn’t see the third guy (or if there were any more)
But I know that there were at least 3 involved
I have a friend who went to Spartan School of Aeronautics in the early 1980s. From him I gathered that Tulsa was a pretty nice place, at least then. Maybe no more?
