Sounds like they may have had a system in place so they didn’t have to be in line out in the cold for so long. (Group A come at 9am, Group B at 10, etc.).
If the illegals can’t follow the rules entering the country, they sure as heck aren’t going to follow these kinds of rules. Or any other rules (traffic, theft, violence, etc.)
When the area of Nashville I was living in got inundated with illegals they pushed legal immigrants and many natives out with noise, rowdiness, refusal to learn English and all-around obnoxiousness. Not observing the rule of waiting one's turn in a line was the least problem, but aggravating none the less.
After having called the police for the fourth (?) time on one of their drunken mini-riots the exasperated sergeant told me their hands were effectively tied because of politics and that I should move. That I did but it felt like giving up a fight.
