He didn’t “win”. His party got a lot of seats, more than any other party.
BUT NOT A MAJORITY. He will need to get other parties to join with him to form a coalition, and the Establishment hates him.
Although what happens next may open some eyes: that the Establishment rules, and the parties other than Geert’s are just “controlled opposition”.

Immigration was the key topic of the campaign and Wilders’ hardline stance, including closing the borders and deporting illegal immigrants, struck a chord with Dutch voters. I wonder where the head choppers will run to if/when the deportations begin. Certainly not Libya and Morocco. Will the blond haired, blue eyed, future rape victims still be holding "refugees welcome" signs in Germany and Sweden? Or will they too wake up?

I saw some NYC poor residents. They said they start handing out turkeys every year around 11:00 so usually people start showing up 10:30, 10:45. They said this morning they got there and migrants were lined up for blocks all over, and many residents didn’t get any turkeys.
