He’s not allowed to deploy them out of country
Maybe he should deploy them to our border then they could do the job they’re supposed to do and -bonus- congress will let him. They won’t let him deploy to Panama. That’s my prediction

The US Government has been in Panama for at least 2 years facilitating illegal migration. This is not at all a new story. The EU and UN are in on it too.
