Likely false; generally speaking, the more Orthodox, the more pro Israel and the more likely to vote Republican (not that it helps that much in New York or many other Democrat strongholds).

I have an in-law, a Jewish woman from New York who came to Florida and taught school for 30 years and retired. And I can confidently say that she would vote for the Devil with a swastika on his arm running as a Democrat before she would vote for a Republican.
