How about invoking the war powers act on some thing we are really at war with - drugs, cartels, illegal “residents”, Mexico, etc.

Seeing a picture of Poindexter in the article made me want to vomit. WHY don’t these people just fade away and disappear from our lives? There is no shortage of “hand outs” among the grifters that have populated the government for many years. Anyone with a stupid idea takes it to DC and gets it implemented. The companies named as profiting from this idiotic idea are as happy as pigs in slop.
