Biden’s dementia Is painfully obvious and is growing worse. He now is visibly confused in every public appearance and cannot read from a teleprompter without slurring words or getting lost in his speech. Unscripted appearances are a disaster. Putin, Xi and the Arab world are laughing at us.
If he dies or resigns in office, the VP immediately takes office, then speaker of the house. The line of succession is very clearly laid out in the constitution. If Biden decides not to run, then it’s up to the voters after the DNC decides how to handle the candidate(s).
