So yeah, Habba is right in with what she's saying, albeit most of the ire is on James.
But the misconduct in that courtroom has no place in a nation of laws, not men.
The whole bit reminds me of Satan's diatribe near the end of "The Devil's Advocate", where his intent was to pervert justice to the point where it would "reach Heaven and bring the whole thing crashing down".
The bigger concern: if/when tit-for-tat starts, where sections of the country won't play along, and the Leftists know it, and start virtually kidnapping targets of their lawfare to 'favorable' jurisdictions, bringing to mind two lines from a rather famous document:
"For depriving us, in many Cases, of the Benefits of Trial by Jury:
For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended Offences:"
